NeuroPerform is currently seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to support our clients in the Western region of Melbourne.

In this role you'll find yourself:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' functional capacity, goals, and rehabilitation needs,

  • Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to address physical, and cognitive impairments,

  • Providing one-on-one therapy sessions, focusing on improving clients' daily living skills, mobility, and community participation,

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, person-centred care,

  • Participating in regular case reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our rehabilitation services,

  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


So, if you have:

  • A Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)?,

  • 3 years' experience working with clients as an Occupational Therapist, with neurological and community experience,

  • strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective rehabilitation interventions,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team,

  • A commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based and client-centred care,

  • The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a community-based setting,

  • A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle,
